Common billing questions
Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle and we pro-rate any difference.
Do you take a commission on my profits?

Never. We charge a flat monthly subscription only. Every dollar of profit you make is yours.
What happens if I go over my bot limit?

You will be prompted to upgrade to a higher plan. Existing bots will not be interrupted — new bots simply cannot be created until you upgrade.
Is there a refund policy?

If you are not satisfied within your first 14 days, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
